Do you miss seeing your Shepherd's Center friends? With the help of a little technology we can all stay connected. This informal discussion group meets every Tuesday at 10:30 CT. BYOC (bring your own coffee) and join us for casual chats. Zoom links are emailed to registered participants weekly. |

Includes seated and standing yoga poses. Class will be held in-person, participants will also receive Zoom link to attend online if they choose. Meets Every Tuesday at 10:30 Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities. Won?t You Be My Neighbor 2018, Morgan Neville Director; Academy Award for Best Documentary For over 30 years, Fred Rogers, an unassuming minister, puppeteer, writer and producer, was beamed daily into homes across America. In his beloved television program, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, Fred and his cast of puppets and friends spoke directly to young children about some of life's weightiest issues, in a simple, direct fashion. Elf 2003, starring Wil Ferrell, James Caan, Zooey Deschanel, Peter Dinklage and Bob Newhart; Jon Favreau Director and David Berenbaum Writer Buddy (Will Ferrell) was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa's elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn't fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father. As it happens, this is Walter Hobbs (James Caan), a cynical businessman. After a DNA test proves this, Walter reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results. Running time 1hour, 37 minutes.
