Join us for a virtual coffee hour using Zoom or connecting by phone. Do you miss seeing your Shepherd's Center friends? With the help of a little technology we can all stay connected. This informal discussion group meets every Tuesday at 10:30 CT. BYOC (bring your own coffee) and join us for casual chats.

Interval Exercise In-Person & Online 2026 - CLASS IS FULL

Interval Exercise has reached it's maximum number and we are no longer accepting registrations. If you are interested in joining the wait list or in participating via Zoom, please call the Shepherd's Center office at 314-395-0988.

Meets Every Tuesday at 10:30
Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities.

Pre-registration required, no walk-ins

All registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose.

Class Fee: $5/week, participants may choose to pay week-by-week in person or monthly in-person and online.

Improve your balance, learn restorative breathing, functional skills and relaxation techniques. Includes seated and standing yoga poses. Class will be held in-person, participants will also receive Zoom link to attend online if they choose.
