Coffee Talk on Zoom 2026Tuesday, January 6, 2026 - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Every Tuesday, 10:30-11:30 CT Join us for a virtual coffee hour using Zoom or connecting by phone. Do you miss seeing your Shepherd's Center friends? With the help of a little technology we can all stay connected. This informal discussion group meets every Tuesday at 10:30 CT. BYOC (bring your own coffee) and join us for casual chats. Zoom links are emailed to registered participants weekly. |
Interval Exercise In-Person & Online 2026 - CLASS IS FULLTuesday, January 6, 2026 - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM CLASS IS FULL - New Registrations for Zoom only - call the office for if you would like to Zoom Interval Exercise has reached it's maximum number and we are no longer accepting registrations. If you are interested in joining the wait list or in participating via Zoom, please call the Shepherd's Center office at 314-395-0988. Meets Every Tuesday at 10:30 Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities. Pre-registration required, no walk-ins All registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose. Class Fee: $5/week, participants may choose to pay week-by-week in person or monthly in-person and online. LOCATION Shepherd's Center @ Webster Groves Presbyterian Church 45 W. A few current class favorite dances include: Chicago Style, Friday Night, Jerusalema, Tucka and Pressure. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and be ready to move! In-person only. Sketchbook Class (In-Person)Thursday, January 15, 2026 - 1 PM - 3 PM Sketchbook Class Facilitated by Joe Lammert Thursdays, January 15 - March 19, 1:00-3:00 $50/10-week class An art class designed to enhance and develop new and existing skills in drawing and painting. The format includes practice in a sketchbook to try a variety of methods and media that may enhance more detailed or finished works. Weekly sessions include discussion of art, artists, styles and techniques as well as practice in individual sketchbooks and sharing work and ideas with fellow artists.
