Interval Exercise In-Person & Online 2022Tuesday, January 31, 2023 - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Meets Every Tuesday at 10:30 Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities. Class Fee: $5/week, participants may choose to pay week-by-week in person or monthly in-person and online. Pre-registration required, no walk-ins, limited spaces available All registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose. |
