Join us for a virtual coffee hour using Zoom or connecting by phone. Do you miss seeing your Shepherd's Center friends? With the help of a little technology we can all stay connected. This informal discussion group meets every Tuesday at 10:30 CT. BYOC (bring your own coffee) and join us for casual chats.

Zoom links are emailed to registered participants weekly.

Interval Exercise In-Person & Online 2026

Meets Every Tuesday at 10:30
Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities.

Pre-registration required, no walk-ins

All registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose.

Class Fee: $5/week, participants may choose to pay week-by-week in person or monthly in-person and online.

Line Dance (In-Person)

Meets Every Friday 10:00-11:00
The Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide and more! A few current class favorite dances include: Chicago Style, Friday Night, Jerusalema, Tucka and Pressure. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and be ready to move! In-person only. Class Fee: $2/week payable at the door only.

Group meets the second Friday of every month at 1:00 CT. A limited number of books are available to borrow from the Shepherd's Center office.
