Join us for a virtual coffee hour using Zoom or connecting by phone. Do you miss seeing your Shepherd's Center friends? With the help of a little technology we can all stay connected. This informal discussion group meets every Tuesday at 10:30 CT. BYOC (bring your own coffee) and join us for casual chats.

Zoom links are emailed to registered participants weekly.

Line Dance (In-Person)

The Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide and more! A few current class favorite dances include: Chicago Style, Friday Night, Jerusalema, Tucka and Pressure. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and be ready to move! In-person only. Class Fee: $2/week payable at the door only.

Buddy (Will Ferrell) was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa's elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn't fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father. As it happens, this is Walter Hobbs (James Caan), a cynical businessman. After a DNA test proves this, Walter reluctantly attempts to start a relationship with the childlike Buddy with increasingly chaotic results. Running time 1hour, 37 minutes.

Improve your balance, learn restorative breathing, functional skills and relaxation techniques. Includes seated and standing yoga poses. Class will be held in-person, participants will also receive Zoom link to attend online if they choose.

Pre-Registration required, no walk-ins

Registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose.

Class Fee: $5/week, participants can choose to pay either weekly in-person or monthly online and in-person

Five minute intervals of cardio, isolation exercises, stretching and balance done to music. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities.

Pre-registration required, no walk-ins

Class Fee: $5/week, participants may choose to pay week-by-week in person or monthly in-person and online.

Sketchbook Class (In-Person)

$50/10-week class

An art class designed to enhance and develop new and existing skills in drawing and painting. The format includes practice in a sketchbook to try a variety of methods and media that may enhance more detailed or finished works. Weekly sessions include discussion of art, artists, styles and techniques as well as practice in individual sketchbooks and sharing work and ideas with fellow artists. The learning is collaborative and flexible.
