Chair Yoga In-Person & Online 2024Thursday, November 21, 2024 - 10:15 AM - 11 AM Meets Every Thursday at 10:15 Improve your balance, learn restorative breathing, functional skills and relaxation techniques. Includes seated and standing yoga poses. Class will be held in-person, participants will also receive Zoom link to attend online if they choose. Pre-Registration required, no walk-ins Registered participants will receive Zoom links to participate online if they choose. Class Fee: $5/week, participants can choose to pay either weekly in-person or monthly online and in-person To register online with a credit card, check out as if paying with a check. With or without weights, standing or seated - suited to all exercise abilities. Sketchbook Class (In-Person)Thursday, January 9, 2025 - 1 PM - 3 PM Sketchbook Class Facilitated by Joe Lammert 8-week class, Thursdays, January 9 through March 13, 1:00-3:00 $40/10-week class An art class designed to enhance and develop new and existing skills in drawing and painting. The format includes practice in a sketchbook to try a variety of methods and media that may enhance more detailed or finished works. Weekly sessions include discussion of art, artists, styles and techniques as well as practice in individual sketchbooks and sharing work and ideas with fellow artists.
