Meets Every Thursday at 10:15
Improve your balance, learn restorative breathing, functional skills and relaxation techniques. Includes seated and standing yoga poses. $25/5 weeks. Class will be held in-person, participants will also receive Zoom link to attend online if they choose.
Class Fee: $5/week, participants can choose to pay either weekly in-person or monthly online and in-person
